Integrity Growth Partners ("IGP"), a growth equity firm focused on founder-owned, capital-efficient B2B software and tech-enabled services companies, today announced five promotions across its investment team. IGP's co-founders have built the firm from the ground up, deployed more than $250 million in capital before raising their first committed fund, and in 2025 closed an oversubscribed $220 million fund. These promotions reflect that continued growth.
Jake Crismon and Kasey Grabe, both investment team co-founders, have been promoted to Partner. Grant Shaffer, also a co-founder, has been promoted to Principal. Jake, Kasey, and Grant are part of the team that started IGP in 2018 and were central to the firm's pre-fund investment work, during which the team deployed capital across six single-deal investments before raising committed capital.
  • Jake serves on the boards of Pay Ready and CoachCare and is a Board Observer at Eon and Pest Share. Before IGP, Jake was a growth investor at Kayne Anderson and worked in Business Development at Practice Fusion.
  • Kasey serves on the boards of Algo and ScalePad and is a Board Observer at Fluency. Before IGP, Kasey worked at Kayne Anderson as a growth investor and at Deutsche Bank in the Global Consumer and Business Services Group.
  • Grant serves on the boards of Highway.ai and CoachCare and is a Board Observer at Pay Ready and Pest Share. Before IGP, Grant worked at Kayne Anderson and Lead Edge Capital as a growth investor.
Sophia Peterson and Liam Villano have each been promoted to Senior Associate and have been core contributors to IGP's investment team.
  • Sophia joined IGP in 2023 from the Technology Investment Banking team at Piper Sandler. She is a Board Observer at CoachCare and is actively involved in Eon Health, Pest Share, and Fluency.
  • Liam joined IGP in 2025 from FTV Capital and before that was on the Technology Investment Banking team at Bank of America. He sits on the board of Algo and is actively involved in Pay Ready and Fluency.
"When we started IGP, we made a deliberate choice to build a team of people who share the same founder-focused mentality, the same commitment to honesty and transparency, and the same genuine respect for the businesses and leaders we back. Jake, Kasey, and Grant were with us from the beginning, and they helped us prove the model, earn the trust of founders, and build the current firm from the ground up. We're enthusiastic to have them join the most senior ranks of the firm," said Doyl Burkett, Managing Partner and co-founder of IGP.
"We talk a lot about what it means to be a founder-friendly firm. Part of that is walking the walk internally, investing in the people who make this place what it is, promoting from within, and building a team where trust and respect are genuinely at the core of everything we do. Sophia and Liam embody that standard. Watching this team grow together has been one of the most rewarding parts of building IGP," added Ryan Anderson, Managing Partner and co-founder.
