Jackie is Chief of Staff at Integrity Growth Partners. She focuses on firm and portfolio operations to benefit firm processes, fund development and portfolio performance, and oversees marketing and communications.
Prior to joining IGP in 2026, Jackie served as the Chief of Staff and then Chief Administrative Officer at Soli Organic, a leading indoor organic agriculture company. Across three years, Jackie helped to execute Soli's transformation from a distribution model to scaled, high-tech manufacturing, and led all stakeholder communications, spanning media, Board, and investor relationships. Her work culminated in securing a strong growth path for Soli and its investors through an industry landmark merger between Soli Organic and 80 Acres.
Before Soli, Jackie was a consultant at the high growth boutique firm, PulsePoint Group. There, Jackie worked with the firm's partners to grow and build the company through its sale to ICF Consulting and then moved through promotions to become a Partner leading Business Transformation projects for ICF's private sector business.
Jackie completed her undergraduate degree at Middlebury College, including spending a year abroad at Oxford's Lincoln College. She also holds a Double Masters in Global Media and Communications from a joint program across the London School of Economics and the University of Southern California. When not at work, Jackie is usually spending time with her family, especially her young daughter and their many animals. Jackie continues to be a competitive equestrian, holding a national amateur title from 2019, and hopefully more to come.
