Doyl Burkett is Managing Partner and founder of Integrity Growth Partners and serves as a board member at MBS Highway, ScalePad and Wonders.
Prior to founding Integrity, Doyl was a partner, co-portfolio manager, and investment committee member of Kayne Partners Fund, the growth equity strategy within Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. At Kayne Partners, Doyl helped with fundraising and led or managed investments within the healthcare, supply chain, media & telecom, business services, and consumer verticals. During Doyl’s tenure at Kayne he was a board member at Conservice, ColdLight Solutions, Rage Frameworks, Drivewyze, FaceFirst, Search Optics and Parktoria Technologies and served as a board observer at MaintenanceNet and 3Cinteractive. Before joining Kayne in 2010, Doyl was a senior investment professional at Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based middle market private equity firm that made control investments. Prior to joining Aurora in 2000, Doyl worked with both the private equity and mergers and acquisitions advisory groups of The Beacon Group.
Doyl graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and obtained his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. In late 2013, Doyl was named a top 40 Under 40 Dealmaker by M&A Advisors for 2013, and the following year the Los Angeles Business Journal named him one of the Most Influential Private Equity Investors in L.A. County for 2013. Integrity gave no direct or indirect compensation in connection with either listing. Doyl served for 10 years as Treasurer on the Board of his children’s school and served as the Chair of the Deacon Board at his church. In addition to his volunteer activities, Doyl enjoys hiking, LA Kings hockey, and watching his children, Hunter (baseball), Xavier (football and soccer), and Holland (softball and basketball), play their sports.

Ryan Anderson is a Partner of Integrity Growth Partners and serves as a board member at Algo, Eon, MBS Highway, and ScalePad. He is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Integrity in 2018, Ryan was a Vice President at Kayne Partners Fund (growth equity strategy), where he worked on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company management. During Ryan’s tenure at Kayne, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Circle Cardiovascular, rfxcel, and Zafin. Before joining Kayne Partners Fund in 2016, Ryan was a Vice President at Battery Ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm in Boston. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Volition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm focused on high potential, founder-owned companies. During Ryan’s tenure at Volition, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Chewy. At Kayne, Battery, and Volition, Ryan focused on investments in the enterprise software and internet spaces. Ryan began his career as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets and Cowen and Company where he worked on transactions in the technology industry.
Ryan earned a B.A. in Economics-Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. Outside of the office, Ryan takes advantage of the near-perfect Southern California weather by being outdoors as much as possible. As a born and raised Bostonian, he also enjoys all things Boston sports.

Jake Crismon is a Principal of Integrity Growth Partners and serves as a board observer at Eon and MBS Highway. He is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Integrity in 2018, Jake was a Senior Associate at Kayne Partners Fund (growth equity strategy), where he worked on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company monitoring support. During Jake’s tenure at Kayne, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Azalea Health and Proficio. Before joining Kayne Partners Fund in 2015, Jake was a senior manager of business development at a leading electronic health record (EHR) system based in San Francisco.
Jake graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from Santa Clara University. Outside of the office, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, Shally and playing golf. Also, as a native of Southern California, Jake is a loyal Los Angeles Lakers fan.

Prior to joining Kayne Partners Fund in 2015, Kasey was an investment banking analyst with Deutsche Bank’s Global Consumer and Business Services Group in New York.
Kasey earned a B.S. in management (concentration in finance) and a minor in philosophy from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. Kasey serves on the board of Evolve Creative Alliance, a public charity that runs summer camps and after school programs for the holistic wellbeing of children. Having grown up in New Jersey, Kasey is a loyal fan of the NY Yankees, NY Jets, and NJ Devils. He also enjoys exploring LA’s diverse live music scene.

During Grant’s tenure at Kayne, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Search Optics and CellTrust Corporation. Prior to joining Kayne in 2016, Grant was an investment associate with Lead Edge Capital, a venture capital firm in New York.
Grant earned a B.A. in technology and innovation (concentration in business operations) and a minor in economic history from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Grant enjoys the outdoors, trying new foods and travel. As a Philadelphia native, Grant lives and breathes all things Philadelphia, especially its sports teams.

Ananth Cherukupally is a Senior Associate at Integrity Growth Partners and is actively involved in the firm’s investments in PayReady and ScalePad. He is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, executing deals, and monitoring IGP’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining IGP in 2023, Ananth was with Alpine Investors (technology buyouts) in San Francisco, where he spearheaded thesis development, deal sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio company management. Prior to joining Alpine in 2018, Ananth was with the strategic finance team at Dropbox.
Ananth earned a B.A. in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. Outside the office, Ananth enjoys hiking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling. A proud Bay Area native, Ananth loves all things Bay Area sports.

Prior to joining Integrity in 2022, Pranav was an Associate at Lead Edge Capital, a $5 billion technology crossover fund in New York where he focused on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company monitoring support. Before joining Lead Edge in 2021, Pranav worked at Goldman Sachs on the tech investment banking team in San Francisco.
Pranav earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Outside of the office, Pranav enjoys playing video games, trying new foods, and travel. As a Dallas native, Pranav believes Whataburger is better than In-N-Out.

Kwadwo “Kujo” Osei is the Vice President of Finance and the Chief Compliance Officer at Integrity Growth Partners. He is primarily responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, operations, and compliance.
Prior to joining Integrity in 2021, Kujo was a Fund Controller at CIM Group where he was responsible for accounting and finance. Before joining CIM Group in 2017, Kujo was a Vice President at Citizens Finance Group (CFG) where he was responsible for financial forecast, budget, and business analytics. Prior to his role as a Vice President at CFG, Kujo was an Assistant VP, Accounting Policy where he was responsible for implementing accounting policies and ensuring compliance. Kujo began his career at PwC in the Asset Management industry where he was responsible for providing audit and advisory work.
Kujo earned his Master’s in Accounting from Northeastern University and his Bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University. Kujo is a CFA charterholder and a CPA. Outside of the office, Kujo enjoys watching soccer, football, reading, fitness & wellbeing, mindfulness, and spending time with his dog. In addition, he enjoys spending time with his wife traveling and volunteering.
