We live by our name
We named our firm intentionally. With us, what you see is what you get. We say what we’ll do and do what we say. We try to make that the right thing as much as we humanly can. We don’t just write out our core values, we live by them.
We have a blue collar mentality
We take pride in our work. We understand that good work requires hard work. We know that success is earned, not given. We take our jobs seriously, but laugh at ourselves and with one another.
We’re team players
We fit in where we’re needed when we’re needed there. Sometimes we’re Phil Jackson, in a coach’s role. Other times, we’re Kobe Bryant with the ball taking the shot. More often than not, we’re Robert Horry, a role player facilitating our teams to be their best. Regardless of our role on any given day, we don’t lose sight that winning requires the team rowing in the same direction towards a common goal.
